To my opinion, Sony is a great and really innovative company. They were really early in the digital camera game. I own a Sony with a Floppy Disc that still works in 2021 with no problems. Don’t ask me about the resolution – perhaps far under 1 Megapixel – and the way I get the pictures from the camera into my computer.
Sony really listens to customers, they really seem to view a lot of YouTube videos and listen to their customers very well. If you think “innovation” you will end up with Sony very soon, but personally I like Fuji more at the moment.
They produce really great cameras for an amazing price (used ones can be found on eBay). I mostly like the Fuji XH-1 which is a great camera. My son owns one and makes great pictures with it. The camera is build very solid and the display on the top fits in the product line of modern cameras like the new Leica SL2 and other cameras. It shows exactly enough information for the next camera to shoot. I hate being over informed by a camera with information that don’t fit at the moment. That’s disgusting for someone who grew up with analog cameras like the Nikon EM and FM.
I don’t know which camera to find with such a lot “bits for the buck”. Perhaps have a look at the camera and make your own opinion.
Using the Fuji X-H1 to shoot videos….
really addicted to cameras and old school stuff
